What to Bring
- All X-rays, MRI scans, and relevant documentation to ensure the highest level of care.
Note: If your imaging was done at Queensland X-Ray, Dr Hazratwala can access it directly. For other providers, please bring hard copies.
Consultation Fees
- Initial consultation: $300 (payable on the day)
You will receive a Medicare rebate for specialist consultations.
- Private health funds do not cover outpatient consultations.
Public Hospital Services
Dr Hazratwala does not hold a public hospital appointment in Brisbane, and therefore cannot provide surgical services through the public sector.
